The intervention report is a PDF file that allows you to retrieve details of actions performed during an intervention or on a job site. Access the history of your job sites: employee start and end times, hours worked, site anomalies, photos and videos, comments, and signatures. You can also have the customer sign to confirm their approval of the work completed.

The intervention management module saves time managing your interventions, allows you to quickly visualize all information, more easily store intervention details, streamline information transfer, and get customer signatures on intervention reports for validation.

📄 How do I generate an intervention report?

In both the web and mobile versions, select your desired site, then click the icon in the top right of the “Job Site” page. A pop-up will appear, allowing you to select all entries or only those that interest you. Once this step is complete, you can finalize your intervention report by clicking the “Generate” button in the top right of the pop-up. The intervention report is saved to your computer or mobile device.
