Many of you asked and we did 🎉All user roles (driver, administrator and owner) can now clock their hours on mobile.

Inserting links in the news feed

Now you can publish clickable links (Youtube video, Google Sheet link, etc.) in your News Feed!

New filters

We're delighted to announce the introduction of new filters for your Alobees schedule.

The following filters are now available:

  • Filter by Worksites (select worksite names or codes)
    Filter by Roles
    Filter by Users
    (select specific users)

Other new features

  • New language available on mobile: Spanish 🇪🇸
  • Several corrections related to times and time zones have been made

Your planning becomes even better 🚀

We're delighted to announce the introduction of new filters to your Alobees schedule! The following filters are now available :

  • Filter by job status
  • Filter by Works Supervisor
  • Filter by Site Manager
  • Filter by user type

"And/or" selection

We've also taken the opportunity to launch a new selection mode to display precisely the elements you want :

  • All selections : Combine several elements of a filter
  • One of the selections : Display data related to one of the selected items

Choosing a custom color for an event

Finally, you can now choose a customized color for a specific event. Ideal if you need to keep an eye on a particular day due to permissions or night schedules.

Other new features

  • For those using roadmaps, you should now see a new dedicated setting in your settings to customize the display or editing of the roadmap for your collaborators.
  • A number of time zone corrections have been made.

Multi tags are here 🎉

Starting today, you can organize your sites and teams with even more flexibility thanks to Multi-Tags.

What's the point?

👉 Search in a flash : Use tags to filter and find exactly what you are looking for in your schedules.

👉 Simplify your management : Structure your data as you see fit, with a personalized and intuitive organization.

How does it work?

  • Add tags directly from your preferences
  • Filter your schedule with your tags to show only what matters.
  • Create your own tags according to your needs, without limits!

🎉 We are delighted to present our latest feature: the movement of needs in the load schedule! 🚀

No more tedious manipulations to reorganize your sites. Now you can move all of your needs with just one click! 🖱️ Here's how it works:

  • ✅ Select a Need box with a right click
  • ✅ Click on “Shift all needs to the week...”
  • ✅ Choose the new start week

And that's it! Your needs are instantly moved, saving you valuable time. ⏱️

This new feature offers you:

We are delighted to announce the arrival of a new feature in your application: the pinning of publications!

Now, you can pin important information to a dedicated tab so that it no longer gets lost in the mass. With this new feature, you can:

  • Keep critical information always visible

  • Detach posts when the information is no longer relevant

We are very happy to reveal the new home page for your web application today!

The news feed becomes an independent page, and the homepage takes the form of a dashboard 🚀 With this dashboard, you can:

  • See your daily projects
  • What types are fully planned or not planned this week
  • Your latest publications (an overview of the news feed in short)
  • And above all, have a global vision of the hours of all your construction sites!

It is a real revolution, because this new welcome aims to give you a global vision of your business. We are already thinking about adding more widgets to allow you to have even more information on your construction sites.

Nous introduisons désormais les filtres sur le planning de charge ! En plus de l’option Heures/Jour-Hommes et du mode Avancé, vous pouvez commencer à filtrer par types d’utilisateurs.

Très utile pour obtenir un planning de charge précis et pour définir votre taux d’occupation par métier ou par équipe.

Discover temporary users on Alobees

Starting today, we are very happy to introduce a new feature: the “temporary user” mode.

This mode allows you to add specific availability periods at the level of each user. It is perfect if you work with external people such as temporary workers or temporary workers.

Activate this “temporary” mode when creating or modifying a user. Then, create, manage, and delete availability dates according to the person.

Note that a user defined as temporary does not see the telephone numbers of other collaborators present in the application.

🗓️ Absences happen on Alobees

Starting today manage absences of your employees easily from your application 🎉

Create an absence as easily as an assignment, from your User schedule.

Select the type of absence. If necessary, add a start time, an end time and that's it ✅

We also thought To the types of absences, which can allow you to go further in managing your absences.

In your page Setup, a new parameter appears to manage your types of absences (name, colors, hours, reference...). Finally, you can add a custom absence type if necessary.

Creating tasks on your phone

Now create your tasks in the blink of an eye on your mobile! To add a new task to the mobile application, it's simple:

  1. Select 'Construction sites' on the home screen.
  2. Press the tab 'Tasks'.
  3. Click on the icon '+' to start creating your task.

In a few seconds, organize your day and stay on top of productivity!

Discover the “To Plan” line, our new addition to the planning tool! This feature allows you to pre-assign work sites without immediately designating staff. Organize your projects easily and assign them according to availability. Manage your projects with more agility!
